Pig, Pigeon Tattoos was set up by two ten-year-old girls in 2019 to raise money for animal charities at their school.

We've come a long way since then. We started off by doing tattoos (not real ones) and that soon led on to homemade bookmarks and second-hand books. We did many raffles and our most popular items were our painted stone paperweights and badges. 

     When we finally got the courage to show a presentation to our class, we got a surprising amount of supporters and planned to show the presentation to the headteacher.

     But we never got the chance as we then had to go into lock-down. When we went back to school, we were not allowed to continue raising money and had to do at home instead. However, we got our target amount of money even quicker.

     But when you're raising money at school and at home, there's only a limited amount of people you can talk to about animals and plants. So, we created a website - this website - to tell the world about endangered, rare and unknown animals.
